Important Notice

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below.

24+ Hours Notice

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

No-Shows

If you don't show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

Need to change your appointment time? We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling to avoid losing your deposit.

Deposit Information

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule and compensate our staff for their time.

About Your Deposit

Your deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service. The remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment.

How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

What happens if I'm late to my appointment?

If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, and mobile payments (Transfer). Transfer payments will need to be confirmed before you leave the salon.

Do you offer refunds?

Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment. For services already rendered, we do not offer refunds but will work to resolve any issues you may have with your service.
